Abortion Fund Contact Info
Click bit.ly/cafhelpline to request help from the Chicago Abortion Fund. This organization helps patients with travel plans and cost associated with travel like hotels, gas money, train/air travel and other expenses like food. For more information about The Chicago Abortion Fund click here.
There are lots of other state based funds that help patients who are traveling to Illinois for care, click here for more information.
PLEASE NOTE: We work directly with most abortion funds. It is very common for funds to ask us to confirm your appointment date and they may also ask us to confirm that you came into the office, for your appointment.
We do not provide any of your medical information to funds without your permission, but FPA staff members do provide appointment confirmations on your behalf, to known abortion funds. Abortion funds require this appointment information before offering support to patients, like booking a flight or releasing hotel rooms or cash app funds, for example. Unfortunately this is necessary to prevent fraudulent requests for assistance.
If you have questions or have any special confidentiality requests please call 312-707-8988.
