1. Appointment Reminder Text 2. Texts containing information requested by the patient such as our address or visit instructions 3. Texts regarding missed appointments 4. Texts requesting patients to contact FPA for medical, scheduling or billing reasons – WE DO NOT PURCHASE phone numbers for the purpose of advertising or sales. All texts are sent via our medical practice management software. All phone numbers contacted have been freely provided by prospective, current and past patients. Please be mindful that phone numbers are recycled by phone providers and have been previously used by someone else.
