Financial assistance is available, subject to eligibility. Abortion fees vary by pregnancy gestation. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept any checks. Also, many insurance companies do cover our abortion services. Fees include admitting, pre-operative examination, lab work (pregnancy test, hematocrit, Rh type), sonogram, RhoGAM (if necessary), surgical room and supplies, routine post-operative medication, routine pathology report, surgeon charges, anesthesia charges, post-operative check-up, twenty-four hour on-call telephone service and all routine post-operative care provided by or authorized by FPA. Contraceptive services for abortion patients include one month of birth control (pills, Ortho Evra or Nuva Ring) with a prescription for 2 additional months, if eligible, or a Depo Provera injection, for an additional fee, if eligible. We offer low fees for gynecology services as well. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept any checks. Unfortunately, we do not bill insurance for gynecology services.
